Flat brackets: ideally used to mount solar panels flat on the roof of a Caravan, Van or Boat. The panels are horizontal and will absorb light from every direction, however will get slightly less light as they are not directly facing the sun. Can also be installed on walls or slanted roofs. |

Tilted brackets: are used to mount solar panels on a roof top or on the floor of a fixed (non moving) installation like the roof of a shed, boat house, garage or on the floor in a field... The panels should be set facing south and at an angle so that they are directly facing the sun at midday. |
